All those tears about what? Ofcourse u will be concerned about ur close ones but his sulotion is in his hands, like u said LABearz, he does look very mobile and "fit" for his size so why dont he just start walking if that is to get him to lose weight. All doc´s best recepy: daily walks for about 15-30 min makes difference! Good luck.
