@mannyftw - yes, that a frequently expressed argument. That is, that Christian/religious morality is always compromised by the fact that good deeds are required to be a good Christian (or whatever) and are not done for the good of the recipient or for its own good.

@S1elmx Well: not really: even a religious person can be a scientist also: just because someone has a theory or belief that God does not exist does not necessarily mean that the person has a monopoly on the truth in any and all situations :-)
