  • No offence, but this hardly seems appetizing, especially for children

You see to much green (which they hate on principle)

Also, all you've done is add one vegetable after another, no salt, pepper, or any other type of flavour or seasonings.

It's going to taste like distorted vegetables, each one having it's own taste, rather than a uniform dish

  • Hi there,

actually every child i know who has tried it loved it.

My kids love green regardless of "principle"

Thanks for dropping me a line

  • No seasoning? No soy sauce or ginger? No oyster sauce, no sesame oil? The veggies look good but you need some spices to make good stir fry great!

  • Your right!

Sometimes I add fresh ginger, but any spices I add are 100% fresh!

    What do you add? =)

  • My kids eat this??? No way they wont even try it. Not even on a dare lol. I did try it and it was very good. Thanks

  • lol!

Well, great to see you back!

    =)

  • I have no recollection of writing that comment!

    Great video.

  • lol..

That's correct about the "flash" fry.. however, this was going to youtube.. didn't *exactly* want to be promoting setting things on fire.. even if it is just food.

And you don't HAVE to flash fry every stir fry, but you have make a great suggestion for the more savvy cooks!

  • Nope, not to much at all!

Considering the vast amount of food being cooked, and the small amount of actual olive oil.. it's not all that much!

  • No I didn't use soya sauce or sesame oil.

    Just all natural ingredients =)

  • ha ha.. paradude,

I often find I get this comment from people who can't stand foods that don't include high salt content and have lots of healthy foods.
