EXPAND FOR INGREDIENTS: Jackie and her scones are the main attraction at Casey's Cosy Corner Cafe in the Assembly Rooms Lancaster.

10oz Marg
3oz Baking powerder
12oz Caster sugar
9oz Fruit
1 1/2 pts Milk
3 Eggs
Salt

  • @bowler8 -- Oh it certainly IS so a measurement! One "cup" equals 8 ozs. Have some respect. We don't criticize you limeys when you use measurements different than ours.
