Hahaha brilliant. At 0:56 he goes into Chopin - Etude Op.25 No.12 'The Ocean'. And its sounds sooooo creepy awesome on the out-of-tune piano. I knew he played piano.....but not this shredd. RIP Shawn

Holy shit. Shawn was more than just an assassin on guitar. He was a truly gifted individual from God. God bless him, his family, friends, and fans all who recognized his genius when he was still alive. These icons only come once or twice in a life time.

Astonishing... I just discovered shawn lane recently as I'm trying to really learn in depth guitar playing and overall instrumental music knowledge.
And I must confess Shawn just blew my mind away, so much talent in each and every single aspects of music. Unbelievable how now i hear shawn lane's influence in many of my favorite guitar players etc... Leaves me speechless.
Truely honored to be witnessing such a virtuoso. R.I.P

I found this video by accident, and my first impression was "Naww, there's no way he can be as fast on piano as he his on guitar. No way. He's probably a shitty pianist because he spend so much time studying guitar."
