Land Rover makes the SUV that sips on Earl Grey tea :-)

@Neral10 1 of the 1st cars i owned was a used 69 Bug back in the 70's. VW's of today aren't nearly as reliable as they once were. Japanese cars are pretty overrated in terms of reliability (especially Toyota) and cost much more to repair.

@fitz207 The American consumer, my generation would rather drive Volkswagen and Japanese motorcars. Most GM products don't last long on the true Western US. But GM lost the title as largest producer. First is Volkswagen, Second is Toyota, Third is Tata, Fourth is Nissan, Fifth is GM. Have a great day ;)

@Neral10 It's called an honest review, John David does this with every car regardless of the vehicles national origins. You would know if you weren't so ignorant. Motor week is very fair unlike "top gear" where just like you they spend more time bashing the US than actually giving us the specs. Take your ignorant bigotry somewhere else.

Oh no, Motorweek! Who did the research on the valvetrain? It's only a 32 valve V8. Just sayin'.
