yeh, msu15, we started it up without realizing he was down. when we saw it, we cut off the cheer without chanting it the second time. some fans wanted us to do it again after the game was over, but we didn't. that shows class on our part, not a lack of. plus, it's only a tradition. there's nothing personal about it, it's just what we do. just know your facts. and good game. i always love this game, and i'm looking forward to coming to starkville next year. roll tide.

Wow, out of all the games Alabama ever plays, I always look forward to the MSU game. It's a rivalry that no matter who loses or who wins there's always a hand shake and a mentioning of a Good Game afterwards. With MSU and Alabama being the teams with the most class in the SEC its always fun to watch this game. But as for you msu15, you disgrace this rivalry as well as MSU, I despise you and I'm sure alot of MSU fans feel the same way.

Yeah I have to agree... Alabama and Miss St fans have already had something of a "friendly" rivalry (despite 1980). I saw many Bama alum coming over to shake Sylvester Croom's hand before the game. Rammer-Jammer has been around in one form or another since the 30's. We did stop the Rammer Jammer when the guy got hurt. IMO Bama fans are the classiest in SEC. LSU being the worst but hey that's another post.
