It is a Touhou fan game programmed to play like a Mega Man game. It's a stand alone program, and you can download from a place like doujin soft. For anymore information, I highly advise going to gtf234's channel and watching his LP/IPAT of it.

The YingYangs are not actually indestructible, they just take a crapload of shots, 1 hit if you use the Ying Yang Orb against them (Reimu's weapon on Marisa)
