The Unarmed Underground Art Center, a thriving art studio that provided space for artists of all kinds, was condemned by Mayor Lois Frankell and city officials. After forcing the art center to close down and sell the building, the mayor and city officials left the new owner alone. What gives?
Obviously the current mayor, Lois Frankel, is receiving kickbacks from developers. In closing the art center, veterans were kicked out into the streets. Remember to vote for anyone but Lois Frankel in the upcoming West Palm Beach elections. She doesn't care about veterans or artists.

Seems like West Palm is determined to become even more elitist than its rich relation across the Intracoastal, and with even screwier laws and zoning. What's next: banning noisy tennis ball launchers?
The Voice of the Artist will always be shouted down when Money talks.

Hey Alan ... that's very distressing news. I guess you're not the first person to be squeezed out of a desirable art space to make room for some connected fat cat. I think they should return The Hut to you immediately.
