The Battle of Grunwald (or 1st Battle of Tannenberg) took place on 15 July 1410 with the Kingdom of Poland and the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, led by the king Jogaila (Władysław II Jagiełło), ranged against the Knights of the Teutonic Order, led by the Grand Master Ulrich von Jungingen. It was the decisive engagement in the Polish-Lithuanian-Teutonic War (1409-1411) and an important battle in Medieval Europe.

  • fucking nerds

  • @ixonixas Search books it`s the real fact.

  • @licicaviki Its first time i hear that Jogaila was a traitor... No srsly.

  • @ixonixas I don`t know how in Lithuania they teach you history but in 1930 In Lithuania was symbolic court against Władysław Jagiełło. Lithuanian nationalists accused him and after symbolic process Jogaila was considered as traitor of Lithuania. This is historical fact man.

  • @licicaviki who or when anyone said that Jogaila is a traitor? Prove it or gtfo.

  • @TheSm1thers Although, you gotta admit; the Teutonic Order in Medieval II is really damn good at defending and good at attacking settlements. Their only weakness was open- ground battles.

  • @ixonixas Poland talk about this victory. You ignore it. You say that Jogaila was traitor. :-D

  • POLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Best knights order out of Templars, Hospitaler and Teutonic has got to be Teutonic but none although this video gave me doubts about Teutonic fighting. At 0:41 the commanders horse goes out of control, at 2:56 a knight swings a club around aimlessly and loses control, at 2:58 sir fail gets his foot stuck after falling over the front of the horse randomly, at 3:02 a knight tries to ride his horse with no hands, at 3:05 ezio fails to react to someone on his horse, the rest is capture the flag

  • I'm Polish, Lithuanian and DAMN proud of it!
