a video that shows the proper way to land or roll from a jump. bending your knees too much causes damage to the tendons and eliminates all momentum gathered during the run and jump through the air. Hence the "90 degree rule."

  • You SHOULDN'T go for high drops without this skill being very accurate.

  • What is too much for a person may not to be for another. It depends on several aspects as muscle strentgh or joint mobility. You can see David Belle land high drops bending a lot the knees but this surely works fine for him due to his experience and conditioning. This video is great as it gives a nice reference that should work for everybody. Think about this, if you feel the shock than it's too much.

  • hey just a critique i have on your rolls... you need to extend your body and not be so tight on the landing reach out further with your body so the impact is absorbed throughout your whole body
