Opapa to Waipukurau train

Some train action captured between Opapa and Waipukurau on the 28th of June 2010. The lady at the Waipukurau station may be NZ's oldest female railfan as she informed me she comes down to the station most days to see the Napier to PN early afternoon train pass through.

Very nice as usual! the train is 623 Napier-Palmerston North with DC 4467 & DXB 5166 on the point for anyone who is interested

I liked this vid very much, thanks for the memories. I drove on the ECMT and my memory is still vivid of Waipuk. Back in the tablet days and when they had a turntable there as well.
