Oh, lord, look at those beautiful stills...I want one.

Why filter? The herbs can't follow the vapor to the condenser.
It would extract more flavor/oils as well.

So they actually distill the whole soup of wormwood, hyssop, anise & star anise, fennel seed, lemon balm aka melissa etc. Without filtering it first?
