I couldn't disagree more with all the people not liking later Zappa.I used to feel that way, but having gotten into the Ike Willis and Thommy Mars era I have realized the amazing nature of his later music.The ridiculous synth tones go perfectly with Zappas sense of humour, even in instrumental works. Best Band You Never Heard and Does Humour Belong in Music are absolute musical perfection, while being live.Look up the Live in NYC Strictly Genteel and I'll be surprised if Zappa fans disagree.
