Watching this makes me wonder. Back then these guys borrowed tunes from the great writers, put it thru the 3DN blender and came up with HIT RECORDS all day long. Today, what do we get ? CRAP. Is it lack of great writing or just bad musicians ??

It's funny to hear the complaint that 3 dog night wasn't a "real band"because they didn't write their own music. Elvis is supposedly the king, he didn't write his music. that can be said about an extraordinary number of bands and singers, it doesn't make them all talentless or inferior in my opinion.

I saw these guys at the USO show at Kadena Air Base on Okinawa back in 1992. Awesome show and cool and friendly dudes they are. Chit chatted with them and found out Corey is originally from Buffalo as I am, and a Bills fan too, which rates goodly. ;)

Worked in a Lafayette Store back then. We used this song to demonstrate speakers. For the good acoustic sound. Still puts a lump in the ole throat. It's a three cat nite in OhIO. Peace.

Still sounds great after al these years-I was 8 yrs old when this came out, listening to it on those AM transitors radios-riding our bikes here in Southern Cali-good times/memories!!!
