750+/- (stock) idle speed? Or is this after you raised it? How much vacuum does it have at idle?

@ctthenerd It's around ~700 rpm yes. It doesn't pull much vacuum at idle, maybe 10 Hg. But this engine never pulled the full 20 Hg at idle so your mileage may vary.
