first off all like to thank all my doctors at clevland clinic. and this doctor who did awsome surgery on toe joint replacement michael shlonsky dmp .did awsome job and explained before and after surgery. i had zero movement in toe and no movement in all other toes and pain in big toe arthritis.. and size of a big marble. on top and knee was poping in and out alot. and a hurting bulge at ankel soft tisue ...and no more any of that i feel saved my knee also i used to walk down stairs holding rail and 1 foot to the other. on same step . like a old man .nothing agaist old men at all but felt it i felt very comfortable with him and confendent. i had no worrys and was always afraid of surgerys but with him i broke threw that so that was a break threw for my self not planed but so happy for .. because he explained well and could tell he was so into his practice... and i seen he was a in shape guy him self .so no he has high standords of him self. so he has skills knowlenge of surgery sets up up dose his part .. and then its up to you to do rest and showing can be done in 4 month if ya want it. which i was into it. ..and after surgery. i had zero pain.and no pain to this day and to see that thing gone was awsome 15 years i put up with it and to be gone was wow very grateful.[[[[[[ dont do ok in vidio i dont recomend try to do the balance stuff and jumping around i did lol thats just me showing how good it is ..ok thanks ]]]]]]. first vist was walking well.at ok pace i mean 1st vist was after 2 days .second vist 1 month after doing my reabiltion which started day 2 with just moving toe in circles and back and fouth slowly..felt it was all good and going to do great i new i would be happy in near futher then walking up to 3 miles fist month. 3rd vist he said your doing awsome keep on doing what your doing. and showed him what i was doing in short to make sure it was ok . and it's only going to get better .and break threw to better i did i can see my tendend which i could dent before had foot spasams always concentraing on use the ball off big toe and movement of big toe. and of chouse the muscle have not bin use right in 15 years so that developed well. 15 years is a long time not use right. and was breaking ground every few days i did that 3 times a week with this stuff in vidio .and checking at 3 month presure it could take with puting legs back holding walk and on ball of foot flexing foward .FIRST I HAD THE MOST LIGHT OFF SO ITS DARK SORRY well i did not start and dont do the jumping lol. just showing it can take wieght and strong that i did just off spur moment ok .dont try it thow ok .... i just tryed that time here to test it ..new it could take it from how i reabiltated it and presure test it also and light med impact testing also i was into doing all this stuff /////////.along waited i wanted this done .. ///////////so my persnal things i did to reabiltate to this point . day after i slighley moved toe .by this i hand moved toe rotaions and my own program everyday start day one then walking 2 miles 2nd week 4th week up to 4 miles and useing good form to running stairsi did to check it out and all great and doing this stuff about every night... so in a nut shell i put this up for people to no it can be done and to have hope of feel its not as well as should be .and to help people i hope even if one i'm happy thanks best always to all and to all my doctors at cleveland clinic are awsome
