Chris i'm 15 i started out as a fat ass little kid and now i got some size to me. I lost around 26 pounds of fat and then i gained around 23 pounds of muscle over the past years. But it seems like i have hit a plateu, could you please take a look at my diet and split, maybe you can help me find out whats wrong with it!? I love you videos, peace from Denmark!

as a person trying bulk up would they need more protien in there PER MEAL as ive noticed youve only put in 25g to still grow?

@MrReezy92 well preworkout u only need bout a scoop before and 2 scoops after. when u bulking the majority of your calories is coming from carbs anyway..and as long as iu get atleast 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight u good homie. if u eat atleast 6times a day it wont be hard to accomplish..and i got ya FB message ill be on there bout 20mins

dude i need an adavice, y lost 57lbs y put me some muscle y can see my abs now but y cant burn that last bit of fat in my stomach, man seriously i tried everything but is steel there, waht can i do? im from Argentina man, so i apologize if my english is not good
