@Snoobax Wayne did dissed Jay-z though but who said Wayne on top ? He not on top because he getting worse. I still like Wayne but the old one was better. Also right now people are saying Rick Ross , Meek Mill or Kayne on top. In my opinion even though i like wayne Styles P and Sheek Louch both my favorites. @Snoobax Also see i can tell your very young. You think the Carter 1 had ths song lollipops. Wow that was the Carter 3 and his carter 1 album had lyrical songs and no 1st grade lines. Just cause you say somebody better than somebody don't mean they have to know how to freestyle TI cant' freestyle either but he better than alot of rappers. Im judging wayne on his songs i like from the Carter 1 , if you didnt hear that album than yeah you can say wayne cant rap.The carter 1 and 2 was his most lyrical albums ever.
