Hey, my old job had no AC OR HEAT for almost a YEAR because they were "updating" it. I live in New England.... Nuff said!

Oh yeah, try those tents at Saudi Arabia. It's like going from a doggone furnace to fiddlestickin' Antarctica! Now what's wrong with THAT picture??

And not only do they blast the air conditioning in the summer, but then they do it all winter long too! Either that, or turn the heat up 10 degrees hotter then I keep my own house! So we got a choice, getting frost bite, or dieing from heat exhaustion! They can't seem to make up their minds how they want to kill us where I work.

i had a school like that too. but that was years ago. they said the air conditioner was at a fixed setting even in winter it was cold. we had to sand the hallways because people were sticking to it. we would come in with jackets on and have to leave them on but we had to take off our ear mittens to hear the teacher.

Thank you! Sadly, these started as a way for me to air my own gripes...but now I get tons of emails from other cube dwellers, so I gripe on their behalf as well :)
