YES! the Gabriel Method, i have that book, read it in one day, so interesting, and i tried to put it to use that same day. i hate how you have to pay extra for foods that grows naturally, but for the foods that are processed or genetically modified or whatever, we pay less? 2012 is gonna be a time for big changes i hope, where the world comes back to normal

@susej89 Paleo dieting is unnecessarily restrictive and is based upon junk science and faulty reasoning. Save yourself the trouble and just make your diet a variety of whole food sources.
