This is Eric Bailey showing my complete Football workout. This segment is Part II of my Football Fitness 2008 Workout video. In this series of clips, I go through the offensive side as a wide receiver of my drills. Here I do 2 reps -- one on each side running wide receiving patterns such as the button hook, down-and-a-cross the middle, post pattern, and then shimming go pattern. I tried to stay in camera show, but sometimes I am out-of-frame. Overall, this is how I do my offensive side of the workout right after the warm up session from Part I.
