Job 4-23-06, This house was a 2200 sqr foot home. We used 25 gallons of Chem-Dry's natural carbonated cleaner. In contrast to 350+ gallons a steam cleaning method would use. Dry times are about 1 hour. We use natural cleaners with no soaps, harsh chemicals, or solutions with dirt attracting residues. Our solutions are completely safe for your family and pets. We would be grateful for your business.

We are a Franchise and out of respect to those other franchise owners we would ask that you call your local franchise if your not in our areas. We only service Burbank, Glendale, San Fernando Valley, Tujunga, La Canada Flintridge, and West LA. Anyone outside these areas call you local Franchise. Thank you.

  • With an rx 20 on residential what is the optimal pressure, ive been testing with 275-300 with residential but i wonder if I can get away with lower to help with dry times, love to hear your thoughts.

  • I see alot of shadows in that carpet :)

  • This operator is whipping the machine around way too quickly and that is not the way to get the most out of an RX20. Cutting the water pressure down to 150 doesn't get the most out of it, either although I know that they are trying to wet the carpet as little as possible while doing hot water rotary extraction.

  • Yup, they're steam cleaning but with an RX20 (rotary), which is better than a wand most of the time. I suppose they ran into a problem with a conflicting name once they decided to rotary steam clean but this is not dry cleaning at all.

  • It's a chem dry cover over an RX-20 that is also used by many professional carpet cleaners licensed by the IICRC.

  • Did you direct that to me? or was it another guy?
