the baggy method is to moisturize your ends so that won't have breakage.. I do it all the time and don't even need to trim my ends which is making my hair retain length :)

Girl, it is a miracle. I do it too. It keeps the moisture in your hair that can gets lost throughtout the day. Its just another way to moisturize ur hair. I do it differently though. I apply my moisterizer and then i seal my ends with oil then I put the bag over my hair.

Thanks for doing this video, it was very helpful. I do a similar method but haven't made a video about it yet. It was hard to understand you for a second in the video, what is the second product you used?

Awesome tip! I've used olive oil on my hair before where I put a shower cap on my entire head and it always slips off and gets the pillows messy, lol. I love the way you secure the ends like that & switch them around to minimize breakage. You are so pretty! You should be a model girl!

Good idea! I'm gonna try it tonight with my fridge bags :)

When I first started going on LHCF and heard of "baggying" hair I was like "What the devil?" lol, but I saw a couple of vids on it and went "Ohhhhhhh". I must say I've not seen one where they are putting the elastic around the bag itself. Makes so much sense though. This is how I do it now. Thanks soooooo much for posting it!

Great video! I'm new to LHCF and baggying. Awesome tip about ponytailing in different sections on diff. nights. I was never sure about how moist the hair should be in the bag, this helped a bunch.

I love LHCF, I learn soo much from the ladies there. The amount of moisture varies from person to preson. some ladies like to put some oil in the bag itself, but I find that to be too much for my hair, this seems to work best for me.
