Saints Row 2 - Secret Islands and Giant Bunny

A showing of 5 of the 6 secret islands (I didn't show the Lost Island)
1. Boat Island
2. Bone Island
3. Super Secret Area with Volition Oasis
4. Ruin Island
5. Lookout Island

And to find the Giant Bunny, go to the Ruin Island, climb the flight of stairs and you will find an arrow. Basically, just follow it to the next island, then the next etc.
