However, after meeting with Jim Surace and Marcus Smith, he knew he had found a rare opportunity that he couldn't pass up. After one year with American Income, Simon was promoted to a leadership position. While Simon was shooting his was up the corporate ladder, his teammates and classmates from college were still unemployed. "I was blessed with not only being introduced to a company like American Income, but a company that I'll hopefully spend the rest of my life with," Simon says.
