Real Time Settler does make it a lot more amazing. Building a settlement, and defending it with allies, against zombies...feels like a real zombie apocalypse.

There is a zombie apocalypse mod for Fallout New Vegas as well, the creator of the mod ported it over. But I haven't played it, don't have F:NV yet. Think there is a real time settler mod for F:NV too, or a mod that is similar. You would need to check the Fallout nexus site and look for it, I don't have a link.

This mod seems perfect for house mods like HiVE and Bunker72, it even gives you a reason to want to live on Rivet City.

Now the themes from this is the type of zombie game that would be HUGE:

- Big map with scattered settlements and some random and non- random events and quests.

- The option to band together or strike it alone, with benefits and drawbacks for each.

- Plenty of locations with a variety of improvised weapons (Lead Pipes etc) and perks for sticking to a specific weapon (Like understanding it's limits).

- A superior version of Hardcore (That is compulsory).

- Operable Vehicles.

^ Now that's ideal
