yeah but The west just put's the offender in Prison for 10 years and gives them free Food, Beds, Water etc..
while the victim's life is ruined.

so If your Family member/Freind gets raped.

may be these are not allowed by govt..but the people of the west are drowned in these social evils.
only islam can bring them out.
