Thats not a kick-over, its a pull over. She doesnt push off with her foot.

does anyone know any good private gym teachers that are in the Uk, ???? i used to do gymnastics from the age of 3 but only did it for 3 years, i would like to start again but i dont like doing it infront of others, :/

@x20xrachx06x WOW! that was amazing the most perfect kickover i have ever seen, by the way i can do the bridge push up, do you have any tips to do the bridge standing ?(the one u did is push up and the standing one is when you are standing n bend your back backwards and you get a bridge) anyway cant do the bridge standing one-got any thing that may help? and am kinda too afraid to kick over can you give me anything that'll help
