Bomb Shelter Found

We were told we had a bomb shelter in our back yard 2 years ago and finally video taped the inside. We found the vent pipe but couldnt find the flap to enter which we heard is welded shut. Last night we dropped a light down the pipe and hooked a video camera to a stick and lowered it down. Heres the video. Appears we have some serious mold issues.
