Even our skinny high school kids are more powerful than you!
Box jumps should be a staple in every kickers program. They are great for developing power, dynamic flexibility and balance. If you're a kicker, stop going to the damn golf course and start jumpin' on sh*t!!

  • Just start a new trend in the NFL, make all kickers be like 250 lb beasts that run a 4.5 -40yd, squat 500lb, and bench 450 lbs. Then the onside kick could be an option on every kick.
