Bing is impressive and I think it will catch on. Type in UPS and you get thier customer service number and can do tracking from the bing page, thats slick. Then click on maps and it will show you all of the UPS stores in your area (without having to enter your city). Don't underestimate MSFT... lots of others have. There is always talk about how MSFT will never catch up... and then they do (just ask Wordperfect, Lotus Notes, Netscape, OS/2 etc).

with google, that already existed, but bing is a big step from live search. i love google and bing!
