This is a good simple easy to understand demostration of the loss of purchasing power the fiat currency (paper money backed by nothing issued by government) has when compared against silver.

  • IN the peak it will be 1/10 of an ounce

  • Makes a great deal of sense, but then again paper money is only paper and worth nothing in the face of a crisis... Did I just say that, Mmm! We're in a crisis aren't we? :D

  • nov 2011 only 3 ounces

  • I really like this analogy, it really explains to me how it works visually.

  • wish i would have opened my eyes earlier i just purchased 40oz if silver a couple of days ago for $2000 and 4oz of gold at $1506 each oz... im trying to wake people up but theyre so blind, they think currency is money... good video though.

  • Fuck just show me a graph

  • As of the time of this writing, April 19th, 2011 $100.00 USD will buy only TWO ounces of silver. I didn't get 'in' at the $20 range, but I stil view the physical metal as cheap with current manipulation. Riding the wave & acquiring as much physical as possible in 2011.

  • Dude you could have bought 3 more ounces with that piece of toilet paper you just ripped in half ;)

  • I like the sound of coins being stack!

  • depressing....
