TT Brown Electrokinetic Apparatus (US Pat.#2,949,550), I built this TT Brown Rig, with 1-meter diameter Flying Saucers, in July,1999 (I had previously built smaller,2-foot diameter TT Brown discs, in January,1990, which we tested first in 1999, and the results were impressive with low-power,they really got up and sailed, so we built these larger 1-meter diameter saucers in July of 1999, and results were even more impressive,and so was the force-field ), and I and my research partner demonstrated the 1-meter diameter flying saucers here at the Reno Library,in Reno, Nevada, at the 2nd International Antigravity Conference June 24, 2000. 100-120kV, at some tens of MicroAmps, with a homemade power-supply with a variable autotransformer(Variac) and custom homemade Cockroft-Walton Voltage Multiplier. With plastic-bags surrounding flying-discs in a later live test that same day, saucers flew BACKWARDS, at the same speed, before duct-tape holding one of the bags together conducted, and shorted out the Voltage-Multiplier unit! I really am trying to see where this could lead to free energy. The only free energy would be wireless. Someone has to own the wires that transfer this in a large scale. Granted, I am a laymen in Electrogravetics/kinetics. Wireless energy seems like it could ionize our biosphere and change the PH levels of our water, which is also really bad. Unless the wire grid gets donated to society after the few moguls are deceased, I don't see free energy coming from this.

I strongly feel that scientific progress is actually hindered by commercial interest. If you can build a better mousetrap, people will beat a path to your door. Unfortunately, the "people" are agents of the energy barons who sell gasoline. innovators like Stanley Meyer, John Searl, Otis Carr and T.H Moray have been shot or poisoned, or subjected to degradation ceremonies in worldwide media. This doesn't seem much different than just static electricity. Cation's are produced from the air around it being converted into kinetic energy. When elements of air gain an electron from the positive charge, they are converted into kinetic energy,which would then seem to be an equal energy transfer.I suppose I am just trying to distinguish this from static. The same effect would be produced from rubbing your foot on the carpet and touching a mobile at it's fulcrum (as long as the mass is small)
