Sunday, October 11, 2009 from atop Irving Cliff is a NEW view of Honesdale, PA. New because the traffic flow is now one way south on Main Street (Rt 191 South) while Church Street (Route 6 West) is also now One Way . (Connection to 191 North is made after you cross the New 12th Street Bridge via Church Street.) At the South end of town - the 4th street Bridge has been expanded to accomodate this new traffic flow. We applaud the construction workers who finished this project 8 months ahead of schedule!
