I use sephora brand waterproof creme eyeliner.. its only $10 and it lasts all day with no running or smudging. for the waterline, its waterproof so it stays on and its really dark.. I recomend that.! (:

I have these little white bumb looking things under my eyes and i have black heads on my nose. I also get pimples on my forhead and inbetween my eyebrows.
