superstorm, they are usually people who are drunk or asleep at the wheel, they see a car in front of them and just drive towards it not thinking about the fact that it's getting close to them at a high speed.

@KristianM12 i dont think he was rubbing it her face at all, i think his main concern is to keep the woman safe because after all he stoped her at the side of the road. part of being a police officer is to protect and that is just what hes done here. im not having a go at you by the way
