Fuzi8n - Quality test. Quickscoping SnD

Okay guys. So a lot of you have been sending me clips from your PVR to edit.
However, NONE look as good as this. Please figure out this issue and make some of your qualities better. I like editing the best quality there is, not Dazzle like quality.

This is FuzionHD's clip. I'm just using it as a test.
Use 720p, fullscreen. Tell me that is not a sharp image.

Note: His file pack isn't rendered. It is just a folder with all files one by one within it.

@PuppyExorcist Ahhh, thanks ;D I increased sharpness a bit in a 3ds program, the bitrate what the main thing I was looking for. I appreciate it!

@EverythingLonghorns Yeah, you have to put your bitrate on 13.5, and other stuff like that its on YouTube somewhere. Then the editor has to sharpen the image which it looks like you did.

@PuppyExorcist Very sharp! I personally don't have a PVR, so I don't know exactly how people get better quality like this. Do you know if it happens to be a render setting?

That is not a sharp image. That is a hella sharp image!
