Here's a vid of a bee hive that was located in a wood foundation for a grden shed. The homeowner was no longer able to access the shed so she called us in.
The video is in 8x speed so you can see more of the extraction than you would if it was real time. There are bouts of real time for commentary.

  • An entomology degree would help, but all of the knowledge you need can come form beekeepers that have experience in extractions. Ask more than one beekeeper. There's a saying in our business: Ask 5 beekeepers the same question and you'll get 6 different answers. The money per job is good, but the jobs are far and few between. A lisenced contractor that also humanely removes bees would make the most business sense. That way you could do the demil and the repairs and stay busy in between jobs.
