@princechince 4/12 pitch and hes running 2 1/2 to 7 in. steps. Good thing its moms house that way they can re-deck it again after it leaks like a MF. But I will say the older guy has good nail placement at least lol

And as far as the job is concerned, to rip, resheath, clean, and get it all roofed in one day is pretty impressive. My crew of 3 guys were looking at a 2-3 day job. And im sure youre not gonna leave your mom with a shotty roof job. Gotta give it up to you fellas.

@ThleTruth I dont know about these guys but I get paid by the day and we find that happy medium. You want to be able to produce as much as you can but in a safe, professional, and correct manner.

i find it funny that people that get paid buy the hour bust their ass and sweat balls just to get paid less....take ur time, make some money...unless u have a percentage in the profit, if not your boss is making a killing off of you speed working..

Well??? i really dont have much possitive things to say about the roof job? Ill give the roofing contractor one thing though he has 2 good fast installers but they take short cuts, i wish them luck and stay outta Texas with those work habbits

Why go so fast any real good worker knows when you go fast you fuck up. It's a mentality created by the companies back in the day so the worker gets screwed and the business owner gets rich and meets his quota.
