On May 5th, 300 people attended the Emergency Open meeting to defend the recent attacks on the right to protest (criminal trials, pre-emptive arrests, abuse of stop and search, intimidation...). Here is a short selection of speech during the meeting by Hannah Dee, John McDonnell, Charlie Veitch, Laurie Penny, Jim Wolfreys. This is a short trailer, more footage and interview to come soon on visionon.tv

  • veitch was arrested because he made a youtube video (now removed) asking people to disrupte others lives on a holiday, he got what he deserved, hes not innocent at all. you are dumb if you support this retard. At prior protests he has instructed protesters to steal police radios and create a scene so they get arrested and film it and put it on youtube so idiots can whine about 'police brutality'.

I don't support people who invent problems so that society can feel sorry for them.

  • these idiots are all mad they are piss broke and think rich people need to give them money HA HA you lot are the part of the problem not part of the solution. now go make your own money instead of trying to make rich people feel guilty for not sharing theirs. Annoying people with megaphones and high school level speeches and complaining about how shitty your life is will not solve a damn thing..

  • libtards love to hear themselves talk

ps charles veitch is an anti-social schizophrenic cannabis addict

  • It's crazy that it's come to this. I respect people who accept this burden as ours to fix. Instead many run from this unpleasant truth and delve back into distraction. Martin Luther King Jr wished he never had to say the things he did but he knew he had to and so he did. Stand strong in the face of tyranny! you are not alone.
