This is the fifteenth lecture of a graduate class in fall 2010 namely "Traffic Simulation" in the field of

transportation engineering. I am Shan Huang, the creater and instructor of this course. When I started this

course, I was a Ph.D. Candidate at the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York. Now I have become

a research scientist.
