When drying herbs, remember that any herb with small leaves or woody stems should not be dried in the stove, but rather by hanging them up. Dry herbs naturally, with drying trays or by hanging them up with tips from an experienced gardener in this free video on gardening and growing herbs.

  • sorry, don;t agree at all,

herbs ,same as every fruit or veg are better to be eaten fresh, you only dry them when near to end of the plant's life cycle, the most and best way to preserve herbs is in a cool dark but with air circulation area (attic ,shed, cellar...etc)and you can still pick and use them while drying ,no need for oven or microware, as the later cooks food from inside out distroying the herb's enzymes before it gets to the plate /pot

  • how interesting people! Your comments are easy when youre not the one in front of the camera. ?? How about, good job lady!!
