Simple pizza using stuff from Trader Joe's

Me being unbearably obnoxious while cooking pizza. Sorry for the silliness. Maybe someone will learn something from this and be able to try it at home.

I suppose that could be done, but then you wouldn't be able to get any nice browning on the crust or the cheese. It might also make a lot of moisture pool up. I wouldn't recommend it, but if you don't have a broiler it might be worth a shot.

Thanks, great tips, as simple as letting it sit. i bought some Trader's Joe's plain dough and started kneading it while cold. Not easy to stretch. but tasted good. Their other dough was mixed w/ spinach as I remember, but was "doughy".
