well done video - but it does not answer the question. How do I get things done? A calender can help, but what most people are looking for is asimple but effective task management tool. Any suggestions?

@romaspekt Thanks Romaspekt! I like to treat my Google Calendar as my tasklist. At the beginning of the week I enter all the things I would like to get done on my Google Calendar on the corresponding day. If something doesn't get done, it gets moved to the next day.

@romaspekt Even I had the same question in mind. Here are my two answers, which I got.

1) Sync with your Mobile Device.

2) Use it on your Ipad or any other tablet device. In this way, you can view your tasks too.

3) Make G-calender offline.

I like the way on how you showed us the settings. However, I am miffed a little with Google, "On why does it label our, "personal holidays," as a separate calender, "Sports," and in this case, "Candadian holidays," as a DIFFERENT calender. Is there a way to remove that word "CALENDER," and use "CATEGORIES" as MS outlook and other online calender services? The reason bein there are already color coded.
