As a multidiscipline engineering firm, Ulteig has successfully modeled airports, laboratories, schools, offices and retail buildings. In addition to modeling the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural elements, we have also developed workflows that incorporate our fire protection design and will work with our clients to link our Civil 3D file into their Revit models for more accurate site design. We can also provide a High Definition 3D Scan of an existing building. By incorporating existing data into a BIM environment we are ensuring the constructability of our design.

Providing well coordinated models of each discipline has helped reduce construction times, material waste and overall construction costs.
