@vrncaface between wiz and caano it's your choice i personally go for the caanoo now that is being developed but the wiz for its prize is the best now (i just have a wiz)

Is there any real decent Games/software for the Caanoo Out at the moment?

The Caanoo stick has ultimately been a disappointment to me. The lack of deadzones on some of the emulators causes the controls to veer off quite a bit. Most of the games you can play on the Caanoo were originally designed with a D-pad in mind. Makes no real sense really.

wow all those handhelds 0_0

what is better the dingoo or gp2x wiz or caanoo

@cfc2ngpc You only by a PSP not the intellectual rights and you agree upon purchase at least when you buy one new to use it as it was designed. To really in my mind own such a device you have to steal it.

i think the 3ds has the best controller if you agree, like

Hope the successor of Caanoo will have enough buttons and powerful enough hardware to emulate PSX (and, why not, N64). Plus, there's been a lot of improvement on handheld linux lately (Android, Maemo/Meego) so there could as well be used an already existing base for apps/games besides the emulators, haven't used GP32/GP2X but the OS seems a little outdated.

I honestly cannot decide whether to make a purchase on the WiZ or the Caanoo. On the one hand, the WiZ already has optimized emulators, a wide selection of homebrew apps/games, and its interface/design is very unique. The only problem I have with the WiZ is that it will most likely be hard to find a spare battery or charging cable for it now that the Caanoo is out. Any suggestions? :-D

@crazyfooInc It's really a tough call. On one hand, I'm not sure the battery is a huge issue. It seems like a problem, but maybe you'll never care. The Caanoo has nicer controls, but you're right about the programs being more mature on the Wiz. If it were me, I would probably go Caanoo, but it really is a personal choice. I own both, and I think Caanoo is an upgrade. I can, however, see how some would argue otherwise.

I'm going to be getting one of these soon, (within a few months), but I'm gonna need a case for it. Does the Caanoo look like it would fit in a DS Lite case or a PSP case?

@retronuggetdev PSP Phat for sure. I think it would also fit in a DSLite or PSP Slim case, but I don't have either nearby to test.

I am really considering getting one of these. Is it worth it? I did have a PSP but it went missing. How would you compare the two.

@jlenoconel The PSP is a great system. It's not real "open" though. When you hack it to play other stuff, you feel like you're doing some illegal act (even though it's your own property). The Caanoo is made to screw around with. That's kinda the point of it. Of course, you can buy official games/apps for it, but you can also make your own.
That's the main difference to me. Caanoo is cool, different, open, Korean, etc. PSP is mainstream, very commercial, and made by a huge company.
