Apologies for not mentioning more about the weather stripping that was used for the outside of the wooden frame. It was bought at Daiso for $2 SGD, and is made of sponge material. I cut the wood shorter by about 1cm to make room for this. The result is a snug fitting screen window that can easily be taken in and out.

@tolik0105 If I could in Singapore I would. I know in the U.S., screen windows or doors would be no problem. They even have guys who will build custom ones for you.

@Rienei 4 feet x 5 feet was the full size out of the package. I can't remember the exact price, but I believe it was about 20 bucks SGD, that would be about 17 bucks or so USD. Hope that helps.
