What do you suggest when I went through final appeal SSDI after benefits were taken from me in 2004.Met with a Federal judge from Tampa, Fl in my home town, Clearwater,FL. I was awarded reinstatement 11/2009, VA foreclosed home 1st. They owe me for 5 years+ $50,000+.SS refuses to pay after 28 months I followed timely appeals. Still told "somethings" being processed. Get $1124 monthly no retroactive. Final judgement "state failed to prove I was not disabled and that I remain disabled since 1992"

@FreeTheWorker ALL I ASK FOR IS BACK PAY WHILE I WAS FLAT ON MY BACK! JUST TO BUY MEDS AND HAVE MEDICAL TEST RUN TO GET BACK ON MY FEET. AFTER 30 YEARS OF PAYING INTO THE SYSTEM YOU'D THINK THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE WORKERS THAT SUPPORT THE SYSTEM IN THE FIRST PALCE, HELL , I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GET A MONTHLY CHECK! ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK FOR MY "DOWN TIME"!!!! I HOPE TO MOVE TO ANOTHER COUNTRY THAT TREATS ITS PEOPLE BETTER ASAP!!!!! AN MY GUESS IS, ITS ONLY GONNA GET WORSE!!!!!!!!!

@tomcat624u Fair enough, but there are people who need disability and it's worth fighting for if you need it. There's a lot wrong with the way our country is treating it's disabled.

@FreeTheWorker THE LAST ONE I WOULD TRUST IS A SO CALLED "JUDGE"! TRUSTING THEM WOULD BE LIKE ME STANDING IN A PIT OF RATLLESNAKES, "TRUSTING" THEM NOT TO BITE ME!
