SO NOW..I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT HE IS: Taking off his overalls.

You can tell this because

his RIGHT arm is grabbing the 'string' of the overalls..

and his LEFT arm - which is crossed over to the other side in order to hold down his shirt or jeans..or watever XD..

NO ONE SHALL ARGUE AGAINST ME! so don't argue anymore guys ^_^ if you're gunna fight, blame it one the photographer >:)

@Blazhex No. I mean, he's got his arms crossed. His left hand is coming over to his right. His right hand is pulling his shirt off on the left side.So the picture is of him in the process (?) of taking his shirt off. You see what i mean?
